SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. Custom orders may take longer depending on the quanity and complexity of the order. You will be given a time quote when your custom order is placed. Each bouquet is shipped discretely in a plain white box with the name "In A Bunch, Inc" listed on the return address.

RETURNS:

Due to the intimate nature of the garments, there are items which may not be by law returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects.  ALL THONG GARMENTS, G-STRING, THONG PANTIES, THONGS, THONG BIKINIS, BOYSHORTS, BIKINI PANTIES, and any other items considered "PANTIES" or "UNDERWEAR" are NOT RETURNABLE due to health regulations and State and Federal Laws.

If you receive your order with defective apparel, please contact our customer service department at 866-925-7390 for a return authorization. Any items returned without authorization will be rejected and no credit will be given.
