Q: Can these panties actually be worn?
A: Yes, absolutely. The panties are simply pinned after they are made into the flower bud. All you have to do is remove the pins, open up the panty flower, and the panties are ready to be worn.

Q: What if I have a special occasion and need my bouquet delivered on a specific date?
A: If you want your item(s) delivered on a specific date, please enter the date in the instructions box at checkout. You will also need to choose the Express Delivery option. Express Delivery is the only way we can guarantee a specific date of delivery. For example, you want to send your wife a bouquet on her birthday. You need to place your order at least 3 - 4 days before the date. It will take a minimum of one to two business days to make your bouquet, and then of course shipping time. Express Mail normally guarantees next day or second day delivery. We will work very hard to ensure that your package arrives on the date of the occasion. Another example would be if you have an occasion and you do not want the package to arrive early, you want it to be delivered on the day. You would again need to choose Express Delivery because that is the only way it can be guaranteed to arrive on a specific date.

Q. Can I include an enclosure card with my gift?
A. Absolutely! Just tell us the occasion and what you want the card to say in the comments/instructions box at check out.

Q. What if I want to include other panties shown on your site in my bouquet?
A. That would be considered a "custom order" and you will need to provide us with the model numbers of the panties you want at check out. The lace panties make the best looking flowers, but we can make flowers out of any of our panties. 

Q: What is the "Mix it Up" option for panty style?
A: Mix it up includes several different styles of panties. If you choose this option, your bouquet will include a mixture of thongs, g-strings, boy shorts, bikini panties, and possibly tanga's, depending on what is available for your color pattern as some styles are not available in all colors. If you want to exclude any of these styles, please note that in the comments section during check out. For example, if you only want a mix of thongs and g-strings, please let us know, otherwise you will receive all styles. Requesting certain panty styles is not considered custom.

Q: What is considered a "custom bouquet"?
A: Any changes to the original layout would be considered “custom”. For example, if you wanted to create your own color scheme that is not shown on our site. It would also be considered a custom order if you wanted to add embellishments to the bouquet that are not already included. Basically, making up your own bouquet is what we consider custom; otherwise we are pretty flexible with small changes.

Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Choose the one of the bouquets that matches the number of flowers that you want. Pick your options, and then choose "yes" from the custom order dropdown. Add your bouquet to your cart and continue to the checkout. At checkout, there will be a screen with a comment box for any special instructions you wish to give us. Please type in a detailed description of exactly what you want. If we are not sure or have questions about your order, we will contact you by phone or email to ensure we know what you want before the bouquet is made. If you are ordering your bouquet as a gift for a dated event, please let us know the event date, and allow up to one week for your product to be shipped. We will quote you a time frame on getting the bouquet shipped, but time frames vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Q. What if I am not sure what size to order?
A: We offer a size chart on every item. Just click on an item you are interested in and you will see a button that says “size chart.” Most of our panties are made of stretch lace, so they do have a bit of give in them. If you still can’t decide on the size you need, we also offer gift cards. You can present her with a gift card and she can choose her own items and sizes.

Q: What brand of panties do you use?
A: The majority of the lace panties we use are made by Rene Rofe, but we do have a few other brands also. Our panties are high quality, but they are also very delicate. We highly recommend hand washing them, or using a lingerie bag if they are machine washed. If you continually machine wash them without a lingerie bag, the delicate material will fray. We do not leave the tags on the panties because it interferes with the process of creating the flower. However, we can send the tags with the order if requested.

Q: I am hesitant to order because of your return policy. Do you offer exchanges?
A: We want all of our customers to be happy with their order. There are strict laws that forbid the return of intimate apparel due to health related issues. Pantiesnabunch.com will work with you in every way possible to ensure that you are happy with your order. It is very important to check the size chart before placing your order to ensure your items will fit properly. The size chart is very accurate. If your product doesn't fit, it's defective, or you have any other issues with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you receive a bouquet as a gift and you are worried about the size, only unroll one of the panty flowers to check if they fit properly. If they do not fit, please contact us and do not unroll any of the other panty flowers.

Q: Do you make bouquets for plus size women?
A: Yes, we do make plus size bouquets. The plus size stock is limited to the panties and colors we have available on the site, so we cannot offer all bouquets in plus size at this time. If you would like to order a plus size bouquet, please call or email us to discuss.

Q: Can these panties actually be worn?
A: Yes, absolutely. The panties are gently pinned after they are rolled into the flower bud. All you have to do is remove the pins, and the panties are ready to be worn.

Q: Do you sell these bouquets to vendors for resale?
A: Yes, we offer the bouquets at wholesale price for vendors and resellers. Please email or call us if you are interested in carrying our bouquets.

Q: Do you charge extra for custom orders?
A: Yes. There is a $10 additional handling fee for custom orders. If you are placing a custom order, you will need to choose "yes" from the drop down box under "custom order."

Q: Are the Panty Candies edible? A: No, they are not. They are only packaged to look like candy, but they are real panties, not edible panties. Currently, none of our panties are edible.

Q: What if I made a mistake on my order and need to make corrections?
A: Please email or call us immediately and let us know about the error. We cannot make corrections for ordering errors once the bouquet is made and/or shipped.

Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: No, we do not. We can ship the order to you and you can then ship it internationally.

Q: Can I pick up my order if I live near Shasta Lake, CA?
A: Yes. Choose the “Store Pick Up” option at check out. Orders can be picked up during our regular business hours. Once your order is complete, we will email you to let you know it is ready for pick up. There is no charge for store pick up.

Q: What if pantiesnabunch.com made an error on my order?
A: We work very hard to ensure every order ships out correctly, but we are human, and mistakes happen sometimes. Please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know about the error so we can correct it.
